Below are pictures from our Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony & Grand Opening Tasting.

We were originally going to donate 5% of the day's proceeds to support the Mid-Day Meal (Beacon's local Dutchess County Community Action Partnership provides it at 95 Catherine Street), but we were so overwhelmed by the response to our grand opening celebration tasting that we donated 10% instead. In addition to other customer donations that day, we were able to give over $400 towards the Mid-Day Meal. Thanks again to everybody for joining us. -- Tim & Mei
