Winemaker Ant Moore moved from Australia to New Zealand in 2002, and in spite of his outsider status, soon established a well-deserved reputation as a leading light of the Marlborough region. Based in and around Marlborough, as well as in the sub-regions of Awatere, Waihopai, and Wairau Valleys, over the course of the past two decades, Ant has developed five world class vineyards that represent the varied terroirs and microclimates of the region. In addition, vineyards are certified sustainable by the Sustainable Wine Growing New Zealand™ program. This bottling possesses all the characteristics we know and love about Marlborough sauvignon blanc: beautiful ripe citrus notes underscored by fresh herbal aromatics. The herbal notes follow through on the palate along with some stony minerality and bright, zesty, citrus. Certified sustainable.
