Ashes & Diamonds represents a combination of superb Napa vineyards and stellar winemakers committed to producing ecologically sustainable, light-touch wines. This cabernet ‘No. 3’, by winemaker Diana Snowden Seysses, draws from the Red Hen vineyard, farmed by Bart and Daphne Araujo in the Oak Knoll District. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in 32% new French oak, this cabernet is an unassuming stunner. Nothing too forceful here, just joyous fruit and smooth tannin for days. Biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
