Winemaker Mariano Taberner focuses on grape varieties native to his part of Valencia, including the tardana featured in this cuvée. After a maceration of 5-6 days and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, this blend of tardana and macabeu ages for three months on the fine lees in stainless steel. Full of character, and just a light touch of funkiness, this is a light and fresh orange wine that bursts with tangerine and apricot flavors, subtle tannin, and citrus pith on the finish. Certified organic, biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
