The Agenais IGP was established in 2011 to showcase the typicity of wines from the Lot-et-Garrone region of southwest France. This rosé is made by Christophe Avi, who farms the sandy soils south of the Garrone river, around Laplume. Christophe is passionate about biodynamic and regenerative agriculture, and has 20 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards. This cuvée is a blend of 80% cabernet sauvignon and 20% cabernet franc from Christophe’s younger vines, vinified with natural yeast in neutral barrel. Elegant and refreshing, it delivers notes of mineral-driven orange blossom, strawberry, peach, and red currant. A fantastic value! Sustainably grown, vegan.
