Corvezzo is the largest producer of certified organic Prosecco in Italy, and they have been making wine since 1960. The family-owned winery is situated between the Dolomites and the Adriatic Sea near Treviso. They began experimenting with sustainable farming in the 70’s, with their organic certification being approved in 2014. As of this year, they have started experimenting with biodynamics as well. “Col Fondo” translates to “cloudy”, which is what happens when you shake this bottle as instructed (it’s okay, you really can shake it, we tested it!). The wine is bone dry and fizzy with zesty grapefruit and strawberry flavors, making it immensely refreshing and food-friendly! Certified organic, vegan.
