Enderle and Moll run a very small-production in the Baden region entirely by hand, from the vineyard to the basket press to the cellar. This blend of weissburgunder (pinot blanc) and grauburgunder (pinot gris) comes from 45-year-old vines. It ferments on the skins for four days before 10 months’ aging on the lees in steel. Very smooth on the palate, with delicious ripe orchard fruit and a mineral streak to tie it all together. Biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
