Graft 'Field Day' Rhubarb Sour Cider

Graft Ciders, located just across the river from our shop in the city of Newburgh, was founded by siblings Kyle and Sarah Sherrer. Their dream is to "bring sour cider to the masses", paying respect to old-world styles of cider making while simultaneously experimenting with modern brewing techniques. All of their ciders employ century-old European traditions, using only indigenous yeast and bacteria to ferment to dryness. The ‘Field Day’ is apple cider with the addition of rhubarb, hibiscus, dried blood orange, and rooibos that is fruity, a touch tart, and has notes of delicate spring flowers and dried fruit.
