|Vineyard/Cellar Practices||Sustainably Grown, Vegan|
This fun bag-in-box is just right for everyday sipping! Herisson rosé is 100% grenache from sustainably farmed vineyards near the village of La Sylve in the Herault department of the Languedoc. Winemaker Michaël Marillier is the third generation of his family to lead Domaine Robichon, a 50 hectare estate located in Aze, in the Mâconnais, and the Herrison label is a collaboration between Marillier and Communal Wines, with a focus on high quality, sustainably-produced bag-in-box wines. This rosé sees a short maceration on the skins before being gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After resting in tank, the wine is lightly filtered and fined without the use of animal products (vegan friendly). Ballet slipper pink in color, it dishes out aromas and flavors of raspberries, currants, and fresh lavender, with a zesty, refreshing character. Three liters of fun (the equivalent of four bottles!) packed into one box, this will remain fresh up to 30 days after opening. Sustainably grown, vegan.
