Grand Fief de l’Audigère is a lieu-dit in Muscadet famous for its gabbro (volcanic) soils. Jean-Pascal Aubron’s family’s holdings include 11 hectares within the Grand Fief area, and their wines display the characteristic bright acidity indicative of that site and of the melon grape. This pet-nat ferments naturally, finishing in bottle. Tangy and yeasty, textural and bubbly, with bright lemon and green apple on the palate—you’ll want to be sure to throw one of these in the cooler before you head out to the beach. Sustainably grown, low-intervention, vegan.
