The Monteraponi estate is located in the center of Chianti, in the village of Radda. Their vineyards are planted 400-500m above sea level, which contributes a distinctive freshness to the wines - an especially refreshing effect in this rosato! Practices in the cellar are kept as natural as possible, with fermentations taking place with ambient yeast in cement tanks. The wines are bottled without fining or filtration. Made from sangiovese, this dry, food-oriented rosé is medium-bodied, with notes of red plum and red cherry, hints of spice and earth, and a fleshy, savory texture. Perfect for pairing with tomato-driven dishes like spaghetti and meatballs. Organically grown, vegan.
