Prisma wines are made by winemaker Ricardo Baettig with estate fruit from the Lo Ovalle subregion of Chile’s Casablanca Valley. The valley is a coastal microclimate defined by fog, large diurnal temperature shifts, and clay/granitic soils. Both vineyard and winery are certified sustainable. 85% pinot noir, 5% cinsault, 5% país, and 5% chardonnay, this rosé is vinified for three months in stainless steel tank, including two months on the lees. Dry and refreshing, it offers generous layers of cantaloupe, honeydew, guava, and strawberry fruit.
