Cyril Cuche has been working his family's estate organically and biodynamically for over a decade, taking advantage of the land's great biodiversity, including a mix of wild forest, grains, and vineyards. With tons of farming experience but no winemaking experience, Cyril turned to Rhône natural winemaking legend Eric Texier to help produce this pét-nat fermented with wild yeast and no SO2, and bottled unfiltered. Cloudy pink in color, it's fun and frothy, with zesty flavors of ruby red grapefruit and tart cherry. Biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan.
