This tasty new Spanish white is a delightful blend of macabeo and sauvignon blanc, from certified organic vineyards in the Castilla region, about 125 mi west of Valencia. All the vines are dry farmed at 700 m altitude on clay/limestone soils. After harvest grapes are fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel with native yeasts, then aged, also in stainless steel. This delightful bottling melds the creamy round texture and nutty minerality of macabeo with sauvignon blanc's zesty lemon and citrus character. Certified organic, vegan.
