The Botter family has been making wine in northeast Italy for close to a century. Scopa is the label that Botter produces in collaboration with importer Coeur Wine Company. Harvested at cool temperatures, crushed and pressed. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel (15-17 C) for 8-12 days. Aged in steel for 3 months before bottling. Bright, citrusy, and straightforward. Certified organic, vegan.
