He is at the forefront of the natural wine movement in Germany, farming organically and biodynamically, only working with old vines. And, he also makes this cider! It’s a delicious, bubbly, all natural, organically grown, sulfur-free cider made from five indigenous Franconian apple varieties. Very dry, it is round in texture with a medium body and firm tannin structure, dominated by persistent, pure apple flavor with a hint of sauvage. Organically grown.
