Winemaking couple Brendan and Laura Carter founded Unico Zelo as a new venture in the Adelaide Hills with the mission of producing Australian versions of Italian and Mediterranean varieties in an approachable and delicious fashion. “Truffle Hound” is a blend of nebbiolo, barbera, and sangiovese from the Polish Hill River area of the Clare Valley.
