Join us this Sunday in welcoming Begoña Medio from Gijón, Spain as she shares with us the history and culture of Asturian and Spanish cider or sidra! She’ll be pouring Sidra Trabanco for you to taste and explaining the traditions of cider in her homeland. In addition, she’ll be bringing Asturian food for us to sample alongside the sidra. Back in April, Tim and others from New York had the fortune to travel in northern Spain guided by Begoña. Now it’s your chance to tour the region of Asturias through its drink and food.
