Weingut Edelberg takes its name from one of the most famous, and steepest, vineyards in the Nahe: Meddersheimer Edelberg. Brothers Peter and Michael Ebert highlight the unique characteristics of their region with minimally invasive farming and winemaking practices. This party-friendly liter combines two varieties, Dornfelder and Regent, both created in Germany. Picked by hand and destemmed, it ferments in stainless steel and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Licorice and fresh strawberry dance with a hint of spritz on the palate. Sustainably grown, organically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
