This long standing family owned winery has remained just as committed to making wines in the most traditional way possible in modern times as when the Nada family founded it in 1919. The wines produced from the “Valeirano” vineyards are considered some of the top tier offerings. The grapes from which this wine is made are hand harvested from vines averaging 40 years old, providing depth, structure, and character. The grapes are hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks, with the resulting wine then spending 18-20 months in small barriques. Modern and energetic feeling with bright notes such as cranberry, maraschino cherry, and pomegranate jumping from the glass. Drinkers are greeted with snappy tannins and refreshing acidity, ensuring a perfect match with almost any dish. Certified organic, low-intervention/natural.
