Artisan Goes French Bistro
In picking the wines for this week, we noticed ourselves gravitating towards budget-friendly bottles from France. This later led to Emily falling down a rabbit hole regarding the etymology of the word 'bistro' and well, here we are. So join us as we pour through three wines meant to grace an outside café tabletop and cheers to the legacy of the bistro - a place to commune and be nourished without an aristocratic price tag attached.
(please be mindful to bring your own Coq au Vin, as none will be provided)
