Hayman's London Dry Gin 1L

Hayman’s has been in operation since 1863, through five generations of family members acting as custodians of the True English Gin style. They are distilled using traditional methods that would have been employed 150 years ago as well. They use ten botanicals, including Macedonian juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander seeds, Belgian angelica root, Egyptian lemon peel, Spanish orange peel, cinnamon from Madagascar, Indonesian cassia bark and nutmeg, Moroccan orrisroot, and liquorice from Uzbekistan. These all come together to create a beautifully balanced, subtle, clean gin with the citrus being discernable and a depth and complexity traditionally associated with the London Dry style.
