PRODUCER INFO: Angela Osborne is originally from New Zealand, now making wine in California. She specializes in one grape variety—grenache—and sources each wine from a single vineyard. The “Grace” in the name of her winery, A Tribute to Grace, is her grandmother, as well as the attribute of gracefulness. This rosé is drawn from the high-desert vineyard where Angela began in California: Santa Barbara Highlands. It fermented slowly and aged on the lees in stainless steel for 8 weeks before being bottled under the Leo moon. Biodynamically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.
