Acinum is the result of a partnership between estate owner Fabrizio Pedrolli and winemaker Enrico Paternoster in the heart of the Veneto in northeastern Italy. This prosecco is made with 100% glera grapes, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. An elegant, easy-going sparkler, it shows fresh orchard fruit flavors including green apple and pink grapefruit on an off-dry palate, balanced, clean and crisp. Great for toasting, sipping, or mixing! Low-intervention/natural wine.
