Antica Tenuta Pietramore 'Chamaeleon' Méthode Ancestrale Trebbiano Colli Aprutini IGT 2021

On 70 hectares located just inland from the Adriatic sea, winemaker Maria Pia Leone grows grape varieties native to her region of Abruzzo. The trebbiano for this intriguing sparkling wine was harvested by hand and destemmed, before fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation completes in the bottle, with no dosage and no added sulfur. Meadow flowers, herbs, and orchard fruit complement fine bubbles, with a slightly salty, citrus finish. Certified organic, certified biodynamic, sustainably grown, low-intervention/natural wine, vegan.
