When it comes to tastings, we revel in the chance to chat up wine fundamentals, break out a regional map or breakdown some nerdy grape facts; the opportunity to handpick bottles for your holiday table or dream up potential pairing possibilities; and the moment to laugh communally about our sometimes preposterous pouring themes. 

But every now and then, we just have a lot going on.
—in the shop and in our own lives—
And we have a lot of great selections in stock, but no single element to tie them all together in one neat little package.

So today’s tasting is what we’ll go ahead and call a Friday Free For All:
Three delicious, interesting bottlings, no uniting concept.

A bottle of pure sunshine from Saint-Pourçain, a robust and incredibly unique pink wine, and a longtime favorite Beaujolais are all on tap.
