Château Lamothe de Haux Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux AOC 2019 375ml

Château Lamothe de Haux is a family vineyard, where the passion of the soil has been transmitted from generation to generation since 1956. It is located in the south of Bordeaux, in the commune of Haux.  The vineyard of Lamothe is located on the clay-limestone plateau of Haux and has underground cellars dug in chalk. The property is carefully managed, and their reds are racy, fleshy and tasty, quite characteristic of good Bordeaux-Côte. Four generations have succeeded at the head of the estate, which was expanded in 1991 by the acquisition of Château Manos, in Cadillac. This blend of classic Bordeaux grapes consists of 60% merlot, 30% cabernet sauvignon, and 10% cabernet franc, and is aged in vessels that allow it to express its supple fruit with soft, rounded tannins.
