This perennial favorite comes from the iron-rich clay of Rivesaltes in the Roussillon, in the south of France. Talented winemaker Majorie Gallet has coaxed an elegant white from the challenging conditions of this region, which include wind, heat, low moisture, and poor soil. 50% grenache and 50% macabeu. Dry, soft, and stony, with floral aromas of jasmine and orange rind. Fresh melon and apricot on the palate and a crisp, fine finish show off its elegance and versatility. Sustainably grown, vegan.
