“Albe” translates to “sunrises,” as in the rising of the sun three times over three vineyards at different altitudes above the village of Barolo. Vajra’s Albe cuvée brings together the harvest from these high-elevation sites to produce a beautifully high-toned nebbiolo of generous cherry, red berry, licorice, and floral aromas and flavors.
