Gyokusendo 'Peak' Japanese Whisky

Gyokusendo is located in the Yoro District of Gifu Prefecture, an area known for its soft groundwater. Peak Whisky is a blend of grain, imported malt, and spring water, and is aged in sherry casks. It is light and easy drinking, boasting an extremely smooth, mellow character with hints of wildflower honey, malt, banana, and citrus.
