Hendrick's Gin

Hendrick’s Gin comes from Scotland, and it is one of a kind because it is infused with Bulgarian Rosa Damascena (a type of rose) and cucumbers. They also use two different types of copper pot stills, a Bennett and a Carter-Head. This creates an unusually smooth gin with iconic character and balance of subtle flavors. It may be found in abundance, but it is still made in very small batches (500L) at a time by Master Distiller Lesley Gracie. The rose and cucumber botanicals are accented by a handful of others including: angelica root, caraway seeds, lemon and orange peel, chamomile, coriander seeds, cubeb berries, elderflower, orrisroot, yarrow, and, of course, juniper.
