His approach involves minimal intervention in the winery and low additions of sulfur. This exquisite chardonnay begins with subtle sea salt and preserved lemon, with orchard fruit in the background. In the style of a reserved Burgundian white, it displays an elegant balance of citrus zippiness and creamy texture, with a long, reflective finish.
