Lasha Skhvitaridze honors his grandfather Silovani in every step he takes, crafting wines with a clear respect for the past and its present interpretation. Focused and grounded, they are an homage to his family’s revered winemaking lineage within the village of Sachamiaseri in Guria. This cuvée features the native tsolikouri grape, fermented spontaneously in clay qvevri using low-intervention winemaking practices, and bottled without fining or filtration. Lemony sea-spray brine leads into a smoky finish, all making for an awesome partner to food!
