Templeton Rye 4 Year

Templeton comes from the small town of Templeton, Iowa, and its history goes back to the early 1920s. Defiant residents during Prohibition became outlaws, producing a high-caliber and much sought-after whiskey: Templeton Rye. It earned the nickname “The Good Stuff” and brought notoriety to the small town of only 350 people. They have since expanded their facilities and purchased an automated bottling line to meet production demands, for people who want the good stuff. Very dry and somewhat grassy and spicy on the nose, with hints of caramel, butterscotch, toffee, and allspice coming through on the palate, it has wonderful balance and a clean, silky smooth finish.
