Pablo Morandé is an important pioneer in Chilean winemaking; Casa Julia Estate is his project to showcase value-driven wines made with sustainably farmed grapes from select Chilean appellations. This sauvignon blanc comes from Chile’s Central Valley (which shares similar climate and growing conditions with Sonoma County). Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, this delivers bright, clean layers of zesty citrus, hints of peach, and a touch of green herbs.
