In Monzambano, nestled in the hills of Lombardy above Lake Garda, winemaker Antonio Camazzola farms approximately 7 hectares of certified biodynamic vines. All his wines are made using only spontaneous fermentation and are bottled without filtration and with no additional sulfur. This blend of moscato bianco, riesling, and garganega is vinified in cement and sees 5 days of skin contact, resulting in a medium-bodied sipper that yields flavors of bruised Golden Delicious apple, peach skin, tangerine zest, and oversteeped chamomile tea. It finishes dry with tingly acidity and a hint of spice alongside gentle tannins. Organically grown, certified biodynamic, low-intervention/natural wine.
