We all love a good blend, where grapes come together to rock out in a delicious ensemble, each varietal contributing unique elements to the final mix. And there are some pretty famous blends out there - think the cab/merlot partnership that's like the Lennon-McCartney of Bordeaux, or the grenache/syrah/mourvèdre (GSM) of the Rhône (SO many famous musical trios here: The Police, The Supremes, Nirvana, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, Cream, The Bee Gees, ZZ Top, Genesis, Rush, Motörhead... you get the idea!)
