Good morning and grand rising!

We hope that this week has been kind to you, our dear readers. The summer continues to fly by, despite our best attempts to coax the season into slowing down. Whilst we certainly enjoy these dog-days, this summer has been quite uncomfortably unpredictable - from blazing hot temperatures that have us bemoaning the loss of ozone, to intense rain showers that have us questioning if we'll ever be able to leisurely stroll down Main Street sans umbrellas ever again -  a little stability would be nice. And then we remembered our weekly Friday Tastings, the and that's all the stability we need!

So this week, we're opening three bottles that we feel allow us to forget our malaise about the summer days and settle into a place of pleasure and enjoyment. Summer sippers, if you will.

Don't worry, we'll keep them chilled... and today's forecast says we shouldn't push past 78 degrees. An arctic blast, at last.
