"Don't Forget the Wine!" Italian Edit

We think so, too, but what about the wine?  Fret not, for this week, we are opening 4 bottles of Italian wines that can pair perfectly with any dinner plans on the horizon. Whether it's a board of charcuterie or a full spread featuring Sunday sauce, we got all the wine pairings revved up and ready to go.
